The adviser to the President of Ukraine, Mykhailo Podolyak, understands the position of Armenia and other countries regarding the circumvention of sanctions against Russia, noting that it is technically impossible to cut off a country as big as Russia from the world economy at once and that Ukraine understands that it takes time.
